The typography in this ad campaign is so cool it makes me want to pinch somebody! I know what you’re thinking… I’m the kind of guy who would probably find any excuse to pinch anyone, and you’re right! The fact still remains that the typography in this campaign is kicking some major gluteus maximus.

The typography in this ad campaign is so cool it makes me want to pinch somebody! I know what you’re thinking… I’m the kind of guy who would probably find any excuse to pinch anyone, and you’re right! The fact still remains that the typography in this campaign is kicking some major gluteus maximus.

The look is just amazing the message I’m not so sure about. The tagline if you look closely at the bottom by the logo says “For People With A Jewish Sense of Humor”. I kind of laughed when I read it and then when you put it in context with the different ads main messages it’s slightly more humorous but it does seem a little risky that they might offend the Jewish community.

Being a hair salon based in GERMANY, you’d think they’d keep the Jewish humor to a minimum but I don’t know the first thing about the political and social climate of Germany so I’m going to assume they know what they’re doing. In any case if attention is what they wanted then by golly they got it.

Yeah I’m not sure about this new ad for The Cutting Station but I had to post it because it seems like a novel idea. I’ve never seen anything like it and I suppose it works there’s just something missing but I can’t put my finger on it. I don’t know it just seems like maybe this would be something cool to hang on the walls of a salon in a nice frame rather than spending lots of money on a print campaign. Who knows maybe that’s all this is for, is for the salon walls.

In any case there’s no denying that the idea behind the campaign is really cool and the illustration is of the hizzle fo shizzle my nizzle!
