A 50% deposit is required prior to the start of any creative design project. The total balance is due upon project completion. All website designs are created in HTML and CSS. FLASH website design and custom programming services are available at the rate of $75 per hour. *Satori package business card is for one name, additional names pricing is reflected in the general price list. **Avatar package business card includes 2 names, additional names pricing is reflected in the general price list. Printing for all print materials are priced separately. Project completion time varies from 48 hours to 4 weeks depending on the scope of each individual project. Our goal at Casualty of Design is to meet all due dates, however if a deadline is in jeopardy we will notify you 24 hours in advance. If COD is accountable for the delay, we will offer 1 hour of additional design service.
